Dear organisers,

you can download first press release from http://www.multiplace.sk 
(in slovak and english), as well as current festival logo and banner 
- please, use it in your promotion...
Please, note the change of the festival subtitle to NETWORK CULTURE 
FESTIVAL - the change was made to bring its mission up-to-date - 
check also the text Concept to be found at http://www.multiplace.sk 
as well - there is still focus at the edge of technology and society 
but we decided to stress networking aspect that is a strong element 
from the festival's beginnings and we can work by any mean and with 
any media.

Thank you for the poster corrections, we will upload it on the web as 
you could see and download it - PR people will contact you due to 
poster distribution...

Now we face more difficult step - to create a version of the festival 
programme for promotion materials and web with all relevant 
information.

This year let's move organisation and coordination ahead to use the 
occasion to create interactive festival together in order it wouldn't 
be just a collection of events joint only with the one webpage.

First step:
let's complete informaction on the programme you have already planned 
for your or other spaces - please, send us info:

full title of your event/s
date and time (if it's clear already)
names and titles of participants (artists, workshops trainers, events 
organisers)
address of the locations

short description of the event (4 sentences)
any texts on event and its participants (long text, press release, CVs, links)
info about collaborators, supporters and sponsors

images (for print or web)
www + streaming links

info about you - organisers visit card (full title, addresses, www, 
person responsible for multiplace activities, few sentencies about 
you etc. = all you wish to present about yourself in the 
international context)

Please, send these materials to me: maria at nada.sk and to the address: 
mtp-vykony at 13m3.sk - you can zip everything to one file and send it 
or upload it to web and send us just the link.

Second step:
Jump to the Net(work) programme
to achieve better contact among organisers and to support various 
connections we found a nice way in a foem of special festival calls - 
after we will close the "planned" programme, we will find where our 
further possibilities are and we can send out CALLS for participation 
in the programme, e.g. somebody has a space and offers it to artists; 
somebody has event idea and is searching for the space; somebody 
developed a game for net and calls people to join it; we have a 
workshop and we search for participants, however, the CALLS can be 
also practical - bring us old comps and we will recycle them 
creativelly; we need help in the festival infocentre etc. etc. - the 
CALLS should connect all organisers and public not to stay in a 
closed circle but to open participation as much as possible...

We will continue in Jump to the Net(work) programme next week, think 
about it - now we need information about events that has clear date 
and let's complete programming of other events...
